1. Orders & Payments

All prices are shown at checkout and are final.

Orders are processed only after full payment is completed.

Pre-order items: Some products are available on a pre-order basis and will require additional production and shipping time, as stated on the product page.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping, and rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or local delivery conditions beyond our control.

While we will assist in tracking shipments, SuperHijab is not liable for delays or damages caused during transit.

3. Product Information & Sizing

SuperHijab products are crafted with high-performance fabrics. Due to the natural stretch of the material and the production process, length and width may vary by up to 5cm. This is considered normal and not a valid reason for return or exchange.

Product colors may appear slightly different in real life due to screen display variations or lighting. This is considered normal.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product with a major defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@superhijab.com including your order number and photos.

Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition and include all original packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Personal preference (e.g., color or style not as expected)

Sizing differences within 5cm tolerance

Color variations due to screen display

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

5. Intellectual Property

The SuperHijab brand name, logo, designs, text, images, and all website content are protected by intellectual property rights.

No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

SuperHijab is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events (including pandemics, wars, natural disasters, customs delays, or courier disruptions).

We strive to provide accurate product information but cannot guarantee that all website content is completely error-free.

7. Changes to Terms

SuperHijab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
