2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed and dispatched only after full payment is successfully authorized and completed.
  • Pre-order Items: Certain items may be available on a pre-order basis. Estimated production and fulfillment timelines will be explicitly stated on the respective product pages.

3. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

  • We offer international shipping. Applicable shipping rates and options are dynamically calculated at checkout.
  • Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation containing a parcel tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For standard retail orders, international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations unless explicitly specified otherwise (e.g., under specific promotional bulk DDP terms).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local courier operations, or unexpected logistics disruptions beyond our control.

4. Product Specifications & Tolerances

  • Sizing & Dimension Tolerances: SuperHijab products are crafted using premium high-performance and stretch fabrics. Due to manual cutting, sewing processes, and textile elasticity, actual dimensions (length and width) may vary by up to ±5cm. Variations within this range are considered normal industry tolerances and do not constitute product defects.
  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, device displays, or photographic lighting conditions.

5. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product with a major manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@superhijab.com with your order number, detailed description, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Return Conditions: Approved return items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition, complete with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Eligible Return Reasons: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:Personal preference changes (e.g., color, style, or subjective fit expectations).Minor dimensional variations within the allowable ±5cm tolerance limit.Slight color variations resulting from screen display differences.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different color or product should initiate an approved return and place a new order on the website.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on SuperHijab.com—including but not limited to brand names, trademarks, logos, textile design patents, photography, product descriptions, digital assets, and website layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of SMD Gearbox CO., LTD. and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability
