SHIPPING
Q: How long does shipping take?
SuperHijab products are currently pre-order items, meaning each piece is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. We believe that something made with care is worth the wait — your hijab will arrive fresh from production, not sitting in storage. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
SuperHijab currently ships to selected countries.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Once confirmed, orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed. Please double-check your details before placing the order.
RETURNS
Q: Can I return my order?
Yes. SuperHijab offers a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging.
Q: Who covers the return shipping fee?
If the item is defective or incorrect, SuperHijab will cover the cost. If returning for personal reasons, shipping is covered by the customer.
Q: How do I request a return?
Please email us at support@superhijab.com before sending your order back. Include your order number and reason for return.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Q: Why does my hijab size differ slightly from the chart?
Each SuperHijab is crafted from high-performance fabrics. Due to the natural stretch of the material and the manufacturing process, the length or width may vary by up to 5cm.
This variation is considered normal and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Please rest assured, we take great care during production to ensure consistent quality and comfort.
