We believe that something made with care is worth the wait — your hijab will arrive fresh from production, not sitting in storage. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

SuperHijab provides all customers with an electronic receipt (Order Confirmation Email) as proof of purchase. We are a growing independent brand based in Taiwan, and currently do not issue local tax invoices. Your order confirmation email serves as your official receipt.

SuperHijab offers a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging.

If the item is defective or incorrect, SuperHijab will cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal reasons, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please email us at support@superhijab.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we inspect the returned items.
