SuperHijab products are currently pre-order items, meaning each piece is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping. We believe that something made with care is worth the wait — your orders will arrive fresh from production, not sitting in storage. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

SuperHijab offers a 14-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging.

If the item is defective or incorrect, SuperHijab will cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal reasons, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please email us at support@superhijab.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we inspect the returned items.
